Dwarf apple trees grow a space-saving 6 to 10 feet tall and will produce a crop of full-size apples in just 2 to 3 years. A mature tree will average 2 to 6 bushels of fruit each year. Staking is recommended. These trees are ideal for the smaller yard and are easy to maintain - no ladders required for spraying or picking.
All apples require cross pollination by another apple variety. Ornamental flowering crab trees are also good pollinators for apples.
