Looks like a lemon. Easy to digest. An heirloom variety that produces round 2 to 3 inch fruits that are light yellow when ripe with pure white flesh. A good slicer and pickler with a pleasant, very mild flavor that's never bitter. Delicious and colorful used fresh in salads. Rust and drought resistant, semi-bush type plants are extremely productive. Sometimes called Crystal Apple, its origins date back to 1894.
