(P.P.20571) The breeding goal for the hydrangea was stronger stems to eliminate blooms that flop. Not only was this achieved, but an added bonus was incredibly large flowers up to a foot wide packed with nearly 4 times the florets as compared to Annabelle hydrangea. Immature flowerheads are lime green, maturing to white, and are superb for fresh and dried floral arrangements. Bushy, compact, mounded plants 4 to 5 feet tall fit well into landscapes as flowering accents.
