An AAS Winner!
(VFFNTASt) - Where's the beef? It's all in this beefsteak type tomato. One slice fits a sandwich, and the flavor has just the right balance of sugars and acids. Fruits are deep red, smooth-skinned, meaty and juicy with an average weight of 9 oz. to 1 lb. Indeterminate vines have excellent disease resistance resulting in yields nearly double that of other beefsteak varieties.

I've grown many different tomatoes, and this is the best large-fruited variety I know of. Very productive, vigorous vines. Fruits are large, smooth and have very good flavor.

I've grown Big Beef Hybrid for several years. Very dependable and productive, excellent flavor and meaty, too.

If I could grow one tomato for great taste, productivity, and disease resistance, Big Beef is the star - the flavor of heirlooms, but without disease
