These acorn-type fruits not only taste great, but look great, too! The green, yellow and orange exterior varies so no two fruits are exactly alike. They're ideal for fall displays, plus you'll want plenty for eating, as the golden-yellow flesh is smooth with delicious nutty flavor that actually improves during storage. The vigorous, semi-bush plants yield a large number of fruits that grow near the crown of the plant for easy picking.

This is a wonderful acorn type squash. We have had several now and they are indeed tasty and sweet! I am known for always having to add a little more brown sugar, and a little more, and so on. My wife adds a teaspoon of brown sugar to each half while she cooks them and I eat my half with no need to add more. That is a first! I will grown this again!
It is described as "semi-bush", but it did vine quite a bit, so it's more like a regular vining squash than a bush variety.

this is my favorite acorn squash. Once people taste this, they can't get enough! Gets sweeter with storage. No need to add brown sugar or honey to this one.
