A spectacular variety for northern gardens with No. 1 size potatoes in only 90 days. Jet has a deep red skin with moist, deep orange flesh of exceptional flavor.

Although Georgia Jet is an early maturing variety, extra care in colder areas can help improve success. Using plastic mulch to warm soil for a few weeks before planting and using a fleece tunnel or other protection when plants are placed out can help get them off to a strong start. If you have not done so already, please contact our Customer Service Department. They will be happy to assist you.

I like the flavor and textur, but I'm not going to plant them anymore - they come in such poor condition it takes for ever for them to rebound and with our soil and growing cond. they are not worth the expense.

Out of 25 Plants ordred, only 4 have barely survived. Followed exact directions for care and planting. 8 died before planting them and the majority of the remaining died after planting. Many had small roots.
