These are absolutely lovely, planted them last year next to my porch and enjoyed the fragrance all summer. I planted more this year. Last year I had at least an 80% germination rate, and had to thin them. I just followed the package instructions - soaked them overnight in warm water and popped them into the ground in April. They took a while to germinate, but when they did, they were vigorous growers. I live in zone 5a, and planted them next to a brick wall so the heat from the brick warms that area a lot sooner than I normally direct sow seeds.

Thank you for commenting. We perform quality tests on all of our seed lots before selling them to our customers. As of our last germination test on 11/19/09, our germination rate was 99%. We perform our tests based on the USDA/FSA and AOSA recommendations: 14 days at 68F on towels.
