Juicy and flavorful. The 7 1/2 to 8 1/2 inch roots resist greening and are smooth with a nice orange color throughout. Even sweeter than Sweetness III with true carrot flavor and a crunchy, juicy texture. Less susceptible to fungal attacks as the foliage grows very upright. An overall great carrot ideal for both home and market gardens.
