GREEN BEANS WITH SOUR CREAM SAUCE
1 can French style green beans
8 oz. sour cream
4 T. butter
Heat beans to a boil. Drain thoroughly. Return to pan. In fry pan, add butter, sour cream, salt and pepper. Cook on med-high heat, stirring constantly. Sauce will first become thin, then start to thicken. Sauce is done when butter starts to separate and bubble to the top. Pour mixture onto the beans, stir and serve. Also good on asparagus, broccoli or cauliflower.
