Potatoes, whole
Our certified, northern-grown potatoes have been grown under a rigorous state inspection program
to ensure they are true-to-name and free of disease. In an effort to ensure you receive a better
product that will last until you're ready to plant, we have decided to drop our cut potatoes and only
list whole potatoes. Generally, whole potatoes will store a couple weeks prior to planting. They
are carefully packed and guaranteed to reach you in good condition. Detailed instructions will be
included on how to cut, cure, and plant potatoes. Substitutions may be necessary for late shipments.
Potatoes begin shipping in late March, depending on weather and availability. These potatoes are
intended for planting, not direct consumption.
