They don't appear to like it here in Oklahoma zone 6B Never grew out from dormancy. Wish they had, I hear they are very good. * Admin Notes added 6/15/2015 2:53:42 PM: Strawberries prefer a moist, well-drained, slightly acidic soil (pH 6.0 to 6.5). They benefit from having organic matter incorporated into the soil before planting and can be planted in raised beds to improve drainage in heavy soils. Plant so that the tip of the crown (where the leaves emerge) is just above the soil surface when planting. Planting too deep or too shallow is a main cause for strawberry plants to not establish successfully. Ensure plants receive regular watering for the first month to help them to root in quickly after planting. We guarantee our products, so if you have not done so already, please contact our Customer Service Department. They will be happy to help you.

Just like it says they are big and have great flavor! I just planted these this spring and the plants are doing great. They are very vigorous and are putting out lots of runners. I've gotten quite a few berries already and can't wait for more

Planted on June 23, 2012 and wasn't expecting much but much too my surprise a week later these were beautiful plants. Now in early August we are eating strawberries daily from my late planting. Great flavor and I can't wait until next year to see my crop!
