Tons of flavor

Also called Salad Rocket or Roquette, arugula is an easy-to-grow leafy green in a range of forms and flavors. It can be used for salads, sandwiches, soups, cooked greens, and in pesto. It's usually free from pest and disease problems, is cold tolerant, and can be grown in spring or fall. All arugula is shipped as seed.

Did you know?

Plants can be cut back by half to two thirds when they begin budding to extend the harvest, though flavor will be stronger.
