COVID 19 Update

As the situation around the COVID-19 virus continues to develop, our paramount concern is for the health and safety of our customers and employees. With Gov. Evers issuing the "Safer At Home" order, our 'Agricultural & Hardware Business Status' makes us an essential retail business and allows to stay open to serve the needs of our local communities.

We are practicing all the recommended safety measures from The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as well as all Federal, State & Local public health authorities at our Garden Centers, home office and greenhouses in Randolph, WI. The safety of our crew is of the utmost importance to our family-owned company, and we have numerous new safe work practices that reflect the current situation.

A Few Jung Seed Co. Mail-Order Highlights

Due to the demand for gardening supplies and the surge in seed orders we are behind our normal shipping turnaround time. Please note that order turnaround time may take up to 5 weeks. Your order is very important to us and we are committed to getting your order on its way.


• We've temporarily suspended taking phone orders in our call center.
• Please place your orders on our website.
• You may experience a longer than normal wait time if you email us to answer your gardening questions or to check the status of your order.
• While we are experiencing an unprecedented surge of orders, please know that we have plenty of seed inventory, but it will take us time to package more seed.
• We have hired more staff to help in our packaging and shipping department.

A Few Garden Center Highlights

We've temporarily adjusted our Garden Center hours to be open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. every day, except for our Randolph Garden Center which is closed on Sundays. We're committed to keeping our Garden Centers open and providing our expert knowledge and services to those in need of garden seeds, plants & supplies.


• We are encouraging customers to follow a "one person per cart" at all locations to help slow the spread of coronavirus and reduce how many family members accompany a customer on shopping visits.
• We're practicing social distancing of 6 feet at our registers & check-out lanes.
• All team members are wearing face masks and we encourage customers to wear face masks as well.
• Continuing to clean and sanitize thoroughly daily.
• Performing additional sanitation on our registers, bathrooms, door handles, and customer service desk.
• Heightening hand-washing procedures for employees.
• Educating our employees on preventative measures and guidelines from the CDC.

FAQs about Orders and Deliveries


1. Can I place an order? Yes, we are continuing to work diligently to help people garden all over the nation. You may order on our website. Delivery times may be longer than usual and our selection of items available may be reduced.

2. What's the status of my order and delivery? We are experiencing shipping delays and order turn-around time is approx. 2-5 weeks. We will email you when your order has shipped as long as you provided a valid email address when placing your order. The shipping confirmation email will contain a shipment tracking number. Please use this number to track the package. Sometimes shipping confirmation emails get "stuck" in people's junk or spam folders. Please check both of these folders to see if the shipping confirmation email is located there. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 2 weeks of your order date, please email info@jungseed.com, and our customer service staff will provide you the tracking information. If your order includes Live Plants such as perennials, bulbs, or bareroot stock, your order may be on hold until proper planting time for your area.

3. Can I change or cancel my order? Due to the incredible increase in order volume, we will be unable to make changes to orders that have been processed through our website or over the phone. We ask that before you place your order, you double check each variety and quantity to make sure you have selected everything you'd like to purchase before checkout.

4. Can I still make returns? Yes, we are processing returns. For all mail-order items, email info@jungseed.com to start a return. All Garden Center returns must be made over the phone, contact the store you purchased the product from directly. No returns will be accepted in-person at this time.

5. Is it safe to receive orders? For guidance on Coronavirus, please refer to the World Health Organization website.

6. Are Jung Garden Center locations available for delivery or website order pick up? No, our mail order company, Jung Seed Company, and Jung Garden Center are separate and do not share orders. If you live close to any of our 5 WI garden centers, shopping in-store will provide a faster turnaround time. Our garden centers carry most everything available in our catalog.
