Northern White - A very easy-to-grow porcelain type hardneck garlic producing large bulbs. Thick, papery-white outer wrappers encase 6 to 8 large, fat, elongated cloves. Full-bodied spicy flavor makes it superb for roasting. Easy to peel. Winter hardy and stores well.

Purchased this last year. This garlic did fantastic! All but one clove grew. The flavor is so strong and amazing! It cured nicely, I am going to order more this year to double my amount then I probably won't have to reorder (I'll just use the cloves I grow.
