(74 Days) (VFFNASt) Extra large Roma type fruits keep exceptionally well. The 4 to 6 oz. fruits are very uniform with deep red, smooth, unblemished skin. The tomatoes have excellent firmness with thick walls and rich red internal color. Plants have excellent vigor, disease resistance and heavy fruit sets. Flavor is top notch, making Mariana an excellent choice for canning, salsa, sauces, juice and fresh eating. Determinate.
The Vegetable Plants require a minimum purchase of 3 plants which can be from any of your favorite varieties. Plants cannot be shipped to: AK, HI, CA.

Mariana Tomato
Oct 21, 2025  |  By Beverly J Tate
I live in southern zone 4. This was my first year growing Mariana. They produced but did not ripen very well. I put the plants in the garden in late May and by early July there was fruit but it is now October and when I cut into them they are hardly ripe and tasteless. Will not grow again.

Wonderful!

This is our first year growing this variety of roma, and we will only grow these going forward. We grew from seed with the winter sowing method. The fruits are substantially larger than standard roma's, and thankfully no BER on these at all. Highly recommend!
