(70 Day) A 'mini' seedless melon perfect for an individual or small family. No leftovers. Round fruits are larger than a softball but smaller than a soccer ball, weighing 3 1/2 to 5 pounds each. The deep red flesh is crisp and very sweet and the hard dark green rind has lighter green stripes. Early maturity makes it a great choice for short season areas. Due to shorter vines, 15 to 20 inch spacing is recommended when planting, resulting in high yields from a small space. Cannot ship to SC.
Cross-pollination is required for seedless watermelons. Each packet includes 5 additional seeds of a pollinenizer variety. Plant these seeds in an alternating pattern 2 to 1 with the seedless variety.
