China Rose Tree

I have had this shrub for 30 years it is the most beautiful shrub I have ever had. This is the first time I have found a picture of it. I live in Eastern Idaho which has very cold winters and Spring is usually late but this shrub never fails me. People think it is an Almond shrub but it is much hardier and prettier. I also Had a tree but it wasn't as hardy and did not last I would buy another bush but am almost 90 so although they grow fast I am growing old.

My father-in-law has had this beautiful shrub in his yard for nearly 40 years. Every spring he picks some flowers from it and presents them to me and they are gorgeous.
